2. Where do you ship to? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. What are your shipping options and costs? We provide these US shipping choices:

  • Express Shipping: 3-6 business days – $20 (fastest option)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $0 (automatic on every order – our most popular choice!)
  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $10 (alternative paid option)

Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in original packaging and condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. 6. Are your toys safe and non-toxic? Yes! All our wooden toys are made from natural, sustainably sourced wood and finished with non-toxic, child-safe paints and oils. They meet or exceed US safety standards (CPSIA compliant) – no BPA, phthalates, lead, or harmful chemicals.
